Who we are

NovaLink is the platform, hardware, and commerce brand of The Link Group. This policy covers the NovaLink website, the Nx1 device, the Partner Hub, and the NovaLink Store.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — for example through the contact form on this site (name, company, email, inquiry type, message). We also collect operational data from the Nx1 needed to keep the network healthy: device identifiers, firmware version, uptime, and metered session counters. The Nx1 does not collect the contents of a household's own internet traffic.

How we use information

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provision and operate the platform, meter and settle network sessions, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Participation in the network is opt-in and KYC-verified; workloads are isolated from the owner's own activity.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share information with vetted service providers that help us run the platform (for example hosting, email, analytics, payment processing). A full list of subprocessors is available on request. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Contact inquiries are retained for operational and audit purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact the team via the contact form.

Security

The Nx1 uses TPM 2.0 boot attestation, full-disk encryption, signed updates, and a unique factory device identity. The Control Tower meters and cryptographically attributes every outbound session. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to harden ours.
